Board and Committee Meetings

The Board held one meeting during fiscal 2010.  We encourage but do not require Board member attendance at our annual meeting.  The Audit Committee held four meeting in fiscal 2010. Each director attended at least 75% of the aggregate of the total number of board and applicable committee meetings.
